clean your face before sleep, don’t eat the oily and high fat food, it’s not just for your face but it also for your body. the most important eat more fruit and vegetables (tomato. cucumber), take extra suplement like vitamin
actually the healty skin is not come from how expensive the product u use but come from your daily diet

Use soaps for oily skin and toner regularly. Wash your face with cold water (to close the pores) instead of warm or hot water and wash it as often as needed and do not use moisturizer anymore as this will intensify the oiliness of your skin. Have a regular facial from your spa or from a licensed aesthetician or facial therapist.

I like a product called O.C. 8 (formerly Clinac O.C.). It is the best for soaking up oil all day. It’s very hard to find. Ask your pharmacist or dermatologist. The other thing your can do is look up the product online and find out who distributes it in your area.

go to a Clinique counter in a department store and buy men’s treatment (special soap and an astringent) works like magic.
